All of our classes are informed by the teachings of Anusara Yoga® and John Friend.

Level 1 – 2

A flowing sequence of a variety of poses designed to open the body and clear the mind. Suitable for students of all levels.

Mixed Levels

A flowing sequence with an emphasis on a particular facet of the practice, such as a class of poses (heart openers, or twists) a particular muscular action, or a traditional tenet of yoga. Inversions or backbends may be introduced. Modifications will be offered for students of all levels.

Level Two

A focused sequence as above. Inversions and stronger poses will be introduced. Modifications will be offered for all students present.

Rise and Shine

Early morning class series. Drop in’s are always welcome, and you may prorate the series to get the series rate. Current block runs until June 10th. Read about series classes.

Class Fees

During our transition to the new studio space, all of our classses will be offered at a $10 drop-in rate. Passes are not currently available.
